Respected, trendsetting local builder and developer is seeking a high energy sales consultant. This is an incredible opportunity, with great income earning potential. We are looking for experienced, career minded individuals for our brand new Denver Metro neighborhoods. We focus on creating boutique-style low-maintenance environments. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell and close residential homes
• Prospect, market and promote new business to Brokers, clients, surrounding business and appropriate community groups
• Establish and maintain relationships with the local Realtor community
• Meet monthly sales and closing goals
• Guide homebuyers through the entire sales, loan and closing process
• Keep buyers updated and informed throughout the selling, building, and closing process
• Prepare and manage required paperwork, reports for selling, marketing, and closing homes
• Maintain respectful and appropriate communication with all internal and external customers
• Complete monthly, or as required, market studies and reports 
• Provide exceptional customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION 
(Degree, Licenses, Certifications, etc.)

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent /Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Valid Driver’s License as driving is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS

• On-site new homes sales experience required
• Computer proficient in Word, Excel, E-mail
• Social Media skills a plus
• Proven negotiating and closing skills
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
